Refund policy
We are so sorry that you weren’t satisfied with your items, but are happy to offer a store credit if you choose to return an item you’ve purchased from us. However, please note returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your items.
FINAL SALES ON JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, AND SALE ITEMS
To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Ellie Bloom Boutique is not responsible for paying the cost of shipping to return an item and shipping cost are nonrefundable.
When mailing in a return, please include your contact information and proof of purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return. Once we have processed your return, you will receive an email with a store credit code to be used for future purchases. If you do not receive a code within five business days, please email us.
